Happy first day of 2012 !!!! I made these for my trolls this morning thought it would be a good way to chase away the grumpies from staying up so late :-)

Were they grumpy We went to bed early but we wanted pancakes only I did not want to make them Wecks was closed Denny's was full so we went to Socorro. by the time we got there it was noon. So I had there yummy potatoe and green chili soup Mmmm so good. Looks easy Boil potatoes in Chicken broth or water. boil carrots in there as well. take some of the potatoes almost all of them and puree them with green chili then pour back in with the potatoes and carrots. add some salt and white pepper. Mmmm that is what the cook said he did. Mmmm.it was yummy with a cheese sandwich perfect.
